blog to read: life on the edge
If you're planning on following the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, check out Life On The Edge, a blog chronicling the 20 years of skating observations by professional communicators, Allison and Allen Scott, who are also skating parents -- as in the skating parents of Colorado Springs' own United States Figure Skating Association TEAM USA Member Jeremy Abbott. You can follow him at the Olympics (woo hoo!) on Twitter at @pcfclub. Allison is a social media goddess, so expect regular updates on Life On The Edge, as well as on her Facebook and Twitter sites.

16 days to go. please help me help 12 causes/communities.
125 people have believed in The Global Citizen Project and pledged $9,620 towards the $20,000 goal. Thanks to each and every person who has recognized how I can contribute to multiple communities, help highlight their needs and inspire others to get involved. I can't do this without your help, and appreciate the overwhelming amounts of love, enthusiasm and support you've shown me. Thank you.
Sending huge hugs to the latest backers:
Colorado Springs' own United States Figure Skating Association TEAM USA Member Jeremy Abbott. You can follow him at the Olympics (woo hoo!) on Twitter or on his official website. GO JEREMY GO! I'm so incredibly proud of you.

Kelly Nix, thanks for increasing your pledge -- you are going to love your dinner at Cachagua Store.
